Return Policy The Hague store
Not completely satisfied with the purchase you made in our store? Sadly, you can not return or exchange earrings and piercings. However, other unused and unworn products with price tags attached can be returned within 14 days. Did your new favourite break? We give a three-month warranty on our products, come by our store or give us a call! Keep in mind; In-store purchases need to be returned or exchanged in-store.
Return Policy Utrecht store
Gemstones, accessories, and jewellery - excluding earrings, ear studs, and piercings - can be exchanged for another product or returned for store credit at Blackfish Utrecht. With every purchase of one of our products at Blackfish, you will receive a warranty- and customer service card with your receipt. It is not possible to make returns or exchanges without the receipt! You can only return your items in the store of the original purchase.
