Keep in mind that not all products available online are available in store. (Over 2000 products in a 40m2 store became a little challenging). Likewise, not all products that we offer in store are available online.

Return Policy The Hague store

Not completely satisfied with the purchase you made in our store? Sadly, you can not return or exchange earrings and piercings. However, other unused and unworn products with price tags attached can be returned within 14 days. Did your new favourite break? We give a three-month warranty on our products, come by our store or give us a call! Keep in mind; In-store purchases need to be returned or exchanged in-store.
