Terms of service

Warranty on our products is three months.

In case of normal usage, products are not supposed to break. However, did something end up happening to your jewellery within the first three months of purchase, check out the following options:

Did your store-bought product break? Please take the broken item and the receipt back to the store. Sadly, we can only process these returns in-store. The online customer service is unable to help with damaged items that were bought in our store.

Did an item from your online order break? Please contacts us by sending an email to klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl. Please make sure to mention your order number and attach a photo of your broken item. This enables us to be of better and faster service.
