FREE SHIPPING
Orders over €75,- are delivered for free throughout the Netherlands and orders over €100,- enjoy free shipping to Belgium and Germany. The rest of the world gets free shipping on orders over €250,-.

DELIVERY
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email from Wiezewasjes with your order confirmation. (We often see that this email ends up in the SPAM folder of most Gmail accounts, so make sure to check this folder if you haven’t received your confirmation email!).

As soon as we have packed your order and it is handed over to PostNL, you will receive an email with your Track & Trace code.

Orders are sent out within 7 days after the order is placed and payment is completed. (Except for special occasions and busy periods like Black Friday and the holidays. However, on average, orders are packed and send out within two days.

Shipping can take up to a maximum of 7 working days in The Netherlands and Belgium. We estimate the following shipping times for the below-mentioned countries: Germany and Denmark: 7 days Switzerland and France: 8 days. Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Austria and Italy: 9 days Greece and Finland: 10 days USA & Canada: 13 days New Zealand: 15 days Australia and Norway: 16 days Israel: 18 days Keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on different circumstances. Please contact our customer service if you want to find out how long it takes until your package arrives elsewhere.

Shipping costs in the Netherlands are €3,95 for mailbox packages and €6,95 for bigger ones.

Shipping to Belgium is €8,95 as all orders are sent out in bigger packages. Sadly, it is not possible for us to send mailbox packages to Belgium.

Wiezewasjes sends all orders with a Track & Trace code. This code ensures we can always locate your package and help out in case something goes wrong with your order.

Wiezewasjes is not accountable for any delays incurred by PostNL due to, e.g. strikes, holidays, or other circumstances.

Beware! Is your address incorrect? Send us an email at klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl asap! Most packages are packed right away; however, if you are quick, we might still be able to correct the address. As soon as the order is sent out, sadly, it is out of our hands.
