Our products are made of 925 sterling silver. Our gold-plated products are also made of 925 sterling silver and are covered with a layer of gold. Additionally, we have an amazing 14 carat gold collection, all of these products are made of massive 14 carat gold.

This differs per product, we sell a lot of earrings and ear studs individually, so you can mix and match! Want to be sure whether this is the case? Check the info on the product page of your specific piece of ear candy.
You certainly can! You can find individual charms on the necklaces page. Looking for a smaller charm to spice up your earrings? You can find those amongst the earrings.
We love gifts, for yourself or for someone else! That's why you always get at least one free gift with your order.

If you received a free gift/product with your order due to a promotion and you would like to return your entire order, we would like to ask you to also return the free gift/product. If you return the entire order, but want to keep the free gift/product, the value of the free gift/product will be deducted from the refund.
Unfortunately, it might be possible that your account stopped working after we moved to a new website. The best thing to do is to simply create a new account! Do you have questions about a previous order, for example, to find out your ring size? Shoot us an email, and we will be happy to check it for you!
Purchasing & Payment
Online, you can pay via IDEAL, SOFORT Banking, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/CBC Payment, PayPal, and Bancontact. You can also pay using the following credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. In our stores, you can pay cash and by pin. Unfortunately, we don’t accept credit cards here.
Sadly, our system can’t quite handle the use of multiple gift cards yet, we are working on it! However, this does not mean you can’t use multiple gift cards in one order; we just need a slight detour. If you want to use two gift cards, the easiest thing to do is use one and pay the remaining amount. You will receive an order confirmation from us in your email, to which you can reply with the code of your second gift card. When we have received and answered your email, you can expect the amount of the second gift card to be refunded to the account used for the order within 14 days! If you want to use more than two gift cards, you can send all the gift card codes in one and the same email! ;)
Ahhh, that's a bummer, obviously! It is possible that somebody purchased this product just before you did, and this is why it is now sold out. It is good to keep in mind that products in your shopping cart are not reserved for you. Unfortunately, we can’t say with certainty whether a product will be restocked since many of them are unique finds. However, you can always send us an email about this, just in case. All webshop orders are processed at our head office in The Hague. All products (except for our 14 carat gold collection, which is made to order) are sold from stock and packed with love by our own office fairies.
Shipping can take up to a maximum of 7 working days in The Netherlands and Belgium.
We estimate the following shipping times for the below-mentioned countries:
Germany and Denmark: 7 days
Switzerland and France: 8 days.
Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Austria and Italy: 9 days
Greece and Finland: 10 days
USA & Canada: 13 days

Send an email with the right address and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org As long as we haven’t shipped your order, we can still change the shipping address (If your package has been shipped already, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.)

Email gift cards are not sent out automatically, we do this manually. Therefore, it is possible that you have to wait a couple of hours before you can find the gift code in your mailbox!
Wiezewasjes is the store full of gifts to yourself! We wrap all packages as a lovely gift, for yourself and, of course, for others, too. But, mind you: we don’t have real gift wrappings. Do you have a special request? Send us an email, who knows what we can do for you. Or order a gift bag from Blue House Project with your products and use it to wrap your gift in a more unique way!
No, unfortunately, exchanging is not possible! However, you can return your products. You can return your items within 14 days, unworn and with all possible cards attached. Mind you: products purchased in-store can only be returned in our store. Read more on our return policy here.

There is no warranty on the separate gemstones that we sell. If it turns out there is something wrong with your gemstone upon receiving it, please let us know immediately!

No, and, sadly, not everything we have in store can be found online either. The store and webshop are in different locations, and with over 2000 products, it can be hard to sync everything.
