Return & Refund Policy

Not entirely content with your order? You can return the products that are not to your liking.

Please read this page carefully and make sure your return includes the following information:

  • Name;
  • Order number;
  • Which products you are returning;
  • Return reason.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the products. Returns are at own cost and at own risk. If products are damaged or lost in the mail, it is out of our hands. So, make sure your returns are well-packaged (in a box, not in an envelope) and preferably sent with a Track and Trace code. When the returns are in our possession and processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email. When the products are returned to us, unused and undamaged, the money will be refunded to the account used for the purchase. It may take up to 14 days for the amount to be refunded to the account of the original purchase.

When the original order qualified for free shipping, and you did not pay shipping costs, the following applies:

  • Does the remainder of your order after the returns still qualify for free shipping? Nothing happens!
  • Does the remainder of your order after the returns no longer qualify for free shipping? You are no longer entitled to free shipping. In this case, the shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

Sadly, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to receive another item, we kindly ask you to place a new order with us.

Once again, do not forget to include your ORDER NUMBER and NAME with your returns. Without this information, we are unable to process your return.
