Iolite

Iolite is the transparent variant of the gemstone Cordierite. Iolite is known for its trichroism. This is the phenomenon that a crystal can show three different colors at the same time, when you look at it from a certain angle! This gemstone is found all over the world and comes in many different colors.

Spiritually, this stone stands for new insights and knowledge and can motivate independence and responsibility. It is a stone with a hardness of 7.75 on the Mohs scale.
