  • From Monday the 23th of May until Monday the 6th of June you can enjoy a 30% discount.
  • Use discount code MEI2022 at the checkout. 
  • This promotion is valid online as well as in our store in The Hague. External sellingpoints are excluded from this promotion. 
  • The discount is applicable on the entire online collection, excluding our gift cards, the 14 carat gold collection, and Blue House Project products. 
  • This promotion is valid on top of the 'Last Chance' products, but it can not be combined with other discount codes and/or promotions.
  • There is no stock being held back, and there will be no extra stock added during this promotion. Sold out really means sold out.
  • Items in your basket are not reserved. It's possible that, by the time you are ready to complete your order, some items have already been sold out. Sadly, there is nothing we can do about that. 
  • Make sure that you always mention your order number when contacting our customer service so they can help you as fast as possible! 
  • Sadly, we are unable to combine separately placed orders during this promotion. If you've placed more than one order, you will receive multiple packages. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I want to use a gift card. Why does this not work? Our system only allows the use of one discount code at a time. Make sure you use the MEI2022 discount code at checkout and email us your order number and gift voucher code right after. We will transfer the amount on your gift card to you as soon as possible.
     
  • When and where can I get in contact with your customer service? Our customer service team will be available every day. We answer your emails as fast as possible. However, due to the expected rush, it could take a little longer. Contact us by emailing klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl. As the online orders are handled at our head office, calling one of our stores will not be helpful. Our shop assistants will be unable to help you with any questions regarding your online orders.
     
  • I have (already) contacted the customer service. When can I expect to receive a reply? We will answer your questions as soon as possible! Our customer service will receive all questions placed on different channels (e.g. email, Facebook, etc.) in one system. We'll awnser all questions in order of recieving. Due to rush, this might take a little longer than usual. The best thing you can do is be patient, as your message will be placed back at the bottom of the list once you resend your message.
     
  • I accidentally entered the wrong address. What do I do now? Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl. If you email us right after placing your order, we might be able to edit your address for you. If your order has already been sent out, sadly, there is nothing we can do.
     
  • I ordered the wrong item. What do I do now? Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl. Beware! All we can do at this point is cancel the complete order. We cannot change items or sizes. There is no way for us to add items to orders or cancel specific items. 
     
  • Why hasn’t my order been shipped yet? Keep in mind that promotions like these tend to be very busy! The number of orders we receive in one day during this time is very high. Thank you so much for your patience.
     
  • Help!? The website doesn’t function. What do I do now? Please be patient. Chances are that the website will give an error due to the number of people trying to visit our site. We are working very hard to fix this problem as soon as possible!
     
  • An item I was trying to buy is already sold out. Will this be restocked? Some items might sell out fast. There will be no stock added during the promotional period. We try to keep high stocks, but with hundreds of orders a day, things always seem to go differently than planned. We try our best, and that is all we can do.
     
  • My order was sent out, but I haven’t received anything yet. How long will this take? Keep in mind that PostNL is fairly busy nowadays. We send out your orders as soon as possible, but it might take a little longer than you are used to from us due to the busy period. 
     
  • My order was sent with a Track & Trace code, and it says it was delivered. However, I haven’t received my package yet. What do I do now? Give it 24 hours and check with your neighbours. Still unable to trace your package? Please let us know by emailing klantenservice@wiezewasjes.n, mentioning your order number. 
     
  • I placed an order earlier. Can I still get the discount? The discount is not valid retroactively. Sadly, we can not offer you this discount. The discount is only valid on orders placed during this promotion.
     
  • The product I ordered and paid for turns out to be out of stock, what happens next? It might happen that your payment went through and the item ends up being sold out anyway. You will receive an email from our customer service informing you that the item is out of stock. We will refund the amount as soon as possible. Did your order include multiple items? The rest of your order will be on it's way! Sadly, we can not offer any other options during promotions.
