  • The sale runs from 10:00 on Monday June 21st until Sunday, June 27th at 23:59.
  • The discount will be deducted upon entering the discount code GOLD10 in your shopping basket.
  • This discount is only valid online. We currently do not offer our 14-carat gold collection in store.
  • Processing these orders may take longer than you have come to expect from us, as most items are made to order by our goldsmith. This is why it could take up to 30 days before your order is shipped. We have some items and sizes in stock, so you could be lucky and receive your order within a couple of days. However, please keep in mind that it could take a little bit longer for your new 14-carat piece of jewellery to arrive. 

  • We put the number of products online that our goldsmith can produce within 30 days after the promotion. Did you set your heart on one of the items that is currently sold out? Please shoot us an email, and we will go over the possibilities after the 30 day period with you (it is also possible that a product is completely sold out).

  • Products in your shopping basket are NOT reserved for you. This means products in your basket are sold out once you are ready to place your order. Sadly, there is nothing we can do about this!

  • Have you made an error in your order? Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing: klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl. We are only able to cancel your complete order. We are unable to make changes to sizes or edit any products in your order. We can not remove items from your order nor add to them. 
  • We will not be merging orders during the time of this sale. Have you placed multiple orders? This means you will receive them in separate packages.

  • Have you entered an incorrect address? Please let us know as soon as possible by emailing: klantenservice@wiezewasjes.nl. If you email us directly after your order, we might be able to change the address on your order. If the order has already been packaged, sadly, there is nothing we can do. 
  • Gift cards: Are you unable to enter the code on your gift voucher along with the discount code? Place your order using just the discount code and email us the code on your gift voucher. We will make sure that the amount on your gift voucher will be refunded as soon as possible.
  • The sale can not be applied retroactively. If you ordered with us before the sale, we are unable to accommodate a discount retroactively.
